Survival Skills: Intensive Nutrition Intervention for Eating Disorders

This is an ideal program for those who are serious about their commitment to recovery from disordered eating or an eating disorder.

We can make a greater difference in your life by working closely with you through this Survival Skills program to break free of your food prison. Survival skills is the first step in reclaiming your life. We will help you find and implement the tools that will help you redefine your relationship with food and ultimately bring food back into your life as an enjoyable pleasure, not as a symptom of your life’s struggles. This individualized program is appropriate for you at any stage of your eating disorder or disordered eating, but it is especially for you if you are ready to find better ways to deal with the struggles of eating and want to spend less energy worrying about food.
